Tyrande
Early Game (Levels 1-4):
Tyrande normally does not lane alone. Try to use her to gank enemies and support allies as she can not push a lane very well alone. When attempting to kill an enemy use Hunter's Mark (D) and then combo Lunar Flare (E) off an allies stun or slow. During the early game using Sentinel too often will quickly leave you out of mana, so save it for ganks and if necessary to scout.
Midgame (Levels 5-9):
Use Sentinel to scout important map areas, such as bosses and the forest to check for rotating enemies. Stick with your allies and help them secure kills, similar to the early game. Make sure to use battle momentum to cast extra abilities! Be careful of your positioning as Tyrande does not have an escape mechanism.
Late Game (Levels 10+):
Once you get Shadowstalk (R) use it at the beginning of teamfights, the stealth can surprise your enemies. Shadowstalk is a heal over time, so use it early! Be careful of your positioning as warriors diving on you are a huge threat. Use Light of Elune and Hunters Mark as often as possible. When healing, prioritize allies with less maximum health (these are normally the assassins), the only exception to this is to save an ally from likely death. Use Protective Shield to save allies or yourself from life-threatening burst damage. Finally Lunar Flare (E) can be saved to interrupt a variety of ultimate abilities such as E.T.C's Mosh Pit or Nazeebo's Ravenous Spirit, or can be spent to secure a kill.

Support Build:
Level 1: Celestial Attunement
Reduces the mana cost of Light of Elune (Q) by 15
This will let you stay in fights much longer and increase your total healing output. Light of Elune normally costs 45 mana so this is a 33% decrease.
Level 4: Protective Shield
Cooldown: 60
Activate to shield an allied hero for 15% of their maximum health for 5 seconds
This talent helps negate one of Tyrande's biggest weaknesses as a support. Most other healers have a 'save' ultimate such as Kharazim's divine palm, or Rehgar's Ancestral Healing. Tyrande has trouble dealing with burst damage without this talent.
Level 7: Battle Momentum
Basic Attacks reduce Ability cooldowns by 0.5 seconds.
This allows you to heal more often and also reduces the cooldowns of your other abilities.
Level 10: Shadowstalk
Cooldown: 50
Stealths all allied heroes on the map and healing them over 8 seconds, with a burst of healing at the end of its duration.
A combination of the short cooldown and the global effect makes this ultimate very powerful.
Level 13: Overflowing Light
While Tyrande is above 50% health Light of Elune's allied heal is increased by 35%
Since Tyrande is a ranged hero, she will often be above 50% health. This increases her total healing throughput and is very useful for helping allies survive burst damage.
Level 16: Trueshot Aura
Increases basic attack damage of nearby allies by 15%
When Tyrande has auto-attack heroes such as Raynor or Valla on her team, this talent is amazing!
Level 20: Rewind
Cooldown: 60
Resets the cooldowns of all basic abilities
This will allow you to get extra stuns and heals off in a teamfight and can be game changing!
